Client Portals can also be used to share, swap, upload, and download documents and files between us in a secure, encrypted environment.

Need a copy of your W-2 to apply for a bank loan?  Want a copy of your business tax return for an early morning meeting?  Curious at 2am on a Sunday what your upcoming estimated tax payment is?  Just log onto your private Portal and get what you need, when you need it, any time day or night.

Did you receive an IRS notice?  Did you get a late tax form in the mail?  Upload them to your Portal and I’ll receive them instantly.  Likewise, when I upload your tax returns and other documents to your Portal, you’ll receive an immediate email telling you they’re available.

All communications between our firm and the user are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This is the same functionality used by banks and popular e-commerce services for secure communication. We also store your files encrypted when they are at rest on our servers, adding an additional layer of security. To protect against data loss, our servers are equipped with technology that automatically mirrors all data in real-time to two separate locations. Regular incremental and full backups of all system data are performed, including off-site data backups stored in two separate secure physical locations, to protect against almost all disaster scenarios.
